'Mailboxes' in SolAce create the direct connection(s) between the users and the payers. In order to submit electronic claims to a payer, a user must complete a Trading Partner Agreement with the payer and become an approved submitter. Once approved, a user is assigned a Trading Partner ID, Login ID, and a password for the payer's system. Our mailboxes are programmed to connect to the payer's system with one click, once it has all of the necessary login information.
